This is the recipe I use when a recipe calls for a box of Jiffy brand cornbread mix. It works out great:o)
2/3 cup flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
3 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbsp veg. oil
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes
