Chicken Yum Yum

This was adapted from a pork chop recipe from Mandi. I changed it to chicken thighs and cooked it in the crockpot.

Ratings:

Me: 8.5
Hunter: 9
Corrine: 8

3 pounds skinless chicken thighs
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup honey
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
2 teaspoons ginger
1 teaspoon garlic salt

Place chicken thighs in the bottom of crockpot, mix all other ingredients and pour over. Cook on low 8 hours or high 4 hours. Serve over rice with extra sauce.

Oh, yum! I wish I'd have thought of doing chicken instead of pork, since I don't eat pork chops. Good idea and I will save that for future cooking :) The sauce looks SO good!
