Ramen Helper

If you need serious cheap food this would do it and it's an easy one pan meal:) This added up to about $3 for a BIG skillet full.

Ramen Helper Recipe
4 packages beef flavored Ramen Noodles
1 can corn (I threw in some frozen corn)
4 cups water
1 pound bround beef
1/2 cup chopped onion

In saucepan, brown the ground beef and onion until done and drain. Add sauce packet from the Ramen Noodles and the water. Break up the noodles and add to above with the drained veges. Cook about 5 mins until the noodles are done and most of the water is absorbed.

This reminds me of the Groovy Angel Hair Goolash that I make all the time, I may have to actually give this one a try some time :)
