Noodle Stroganoff(OAMC)

1 lb (I use 2c.) cooked ground beef seasoned with onion and garlic
1 large can (6.5) canned mushrooms
1 can beef broth (1 3/4 cup)
3 Tblsp Lemon Juice
3 Tblsp apple juice or red wine

Bag together, label, date and freeze.
Write the name and these instructions on the bag:
Defrost and add 3 cups noodles. Cook until noodles are tender then stir in 1 C. sour cream. Warm and serve.
